Navigating the Opportunity Zones: Community Partners is a playbook for communities interested in maximizing the potential of their opportunity zones. The playbook has been prepared by the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) in collaboration with the Council of Development Agencies and with support from the Ford Foundation.

This is the first installment of the LISC Opportunity Zones Playbook series, and is geared to the people and organizations committed to community revitalization and shared prosperity for all residents.
