The purpose of this project is to construct rental cabins, zip line and a fishing camp. In order to give guided tours for the Daniel Boone national forest.
Potential Market/Users:
We are a trail town community but yet we have no hotel or accommodations for the thousands of riders we have travel through annually. However we are in the heart of the Appalachian mountains and Daniel Boon national forest.
Potential Competitors:
There is currently no known competition, I host several people annually all of which are trail riders and atv enthusiasts.
