Description:

Harlan County Business Park is an abandoned mine site redeveloped as an industrial park with more than 140 available acres. The vision for this project is to serve as a site for a major employer in Harlan County. Funding is being sought to prepare the land and utility infrastructure for any potential industrial tenant.


Potential Market/Users:
The workforce of eastern Kentucky easily transitions into light metal based manufacturing. We target automotive and aerospace suppliers that want to take advantage of our available workforce as well as the low cost of operating in Kentucky.
